Follow the Following steps:

Go to inkscape.

Draw 1 circles and dublicate into 4 circles.

Arrange them like shown in the second picture.

Go to shape builder tool as shown in the third picture.

Click the picture of the bat in the middle of the shapes then other shapes will disapear.

The remaining part will look like bat then put color of you choice.
